Public Information Analysis Blog

This flyer is targeting people in Jackson County, Maine. The flyer gives very good information on questions that people may have on if they are eligible to get the vaccine, where they have to go to get it, and where to sign up. The flyer looks simple with 3 main categories: some pictures and other information like websites, phone numbers, and organizations. The flyer seems a little wordy, but I feel that is necessary because of the information they are giving. They talk about the people that are priorities to getting the vaccine and where people should go to get it and where to sign up. The thing I don’t really like is that they don’t really have information on why people should get the vaccine and just go straight into if they are eligible and where to go to take it. I searched up the demographics of the state and based on the government census Michigan is made up of 87.7% white people. So, the flyer must have given information thinking people wanted to take the vaccine but didn’t know how. I feel it is effective to reach the intended audience.
